We want to bridge that gap!
Cultivated Biosciences improves the mouthfeel of animal-free cheese, yogurt and more by developing a unique creamy fat ingredient for the food industry, using fermentation.
Our ingredient is a natural emulsion extracted from yeast,
we call it yeast cream:
- it improves the texture and stability of alternative dairy.
- it contains fats, proteins and fibers.
- its texture and color is similar to dairy cream.
