OUR CREAMY DAIRY-FREE EMULSION
Our ingredient is a natural emulsion, just like dairy milk is a natural emulsion.
We don't simply mix proteins with fats.
We extract the cream as a whole from yeast.
- its texture and color is similar to dairy cream.
- it contains fats, proteins and fibers, 100% derived from the yeast.
- it's GMO-free, allergen-free, lactose-free, cholesterol-free.
Our cream improves the texture and stability of alternative dairy.
CREAMIER THAN DAIRY CREAM
We grow the fat in yeast to form round droplets, called "yeast lipid bodies".
They have a similar microstructure to milk fat droplets.
Thanks to this microstructure, our cream:

cleans labels: it's a natural emulsifier and stabiliser

withstands common food processing processes: it's pH, pressure & heat resistant (UHT)
